The Membership Application is required to signup to the Crown Point Chamber of Commerce. The ChamberCRM Member Signup Form is a secondary application that permits access to many valuable automation tools accessible directly over the Internet. Once both forms are completed and mailed or faxed into our office, you will be provided a User ID via e-mail to access your ChamberCRM Member Account.
